If your party is outside will you have a plan for rain or in-climate weather? What type of facility is your party in (i.e. Home, Apartment, Backyard, Clubhouse, Church)? How much space will we have to work in? The more information you can provide the better, this way I can plan ahead of time for how to organize activities. I do not have any specific space requirements, other than that characters can not be outside during in-climate weather such as wind, rain, snow, etc.

You agree that your typed name and date will act as your legal signature. 1) Hayley will not be held liable for a late arrival or missed party if the address is not correctly provided. Please double check and confirm the correct address for your party in the box above. 2) You agree to provide a safe party environment. Hayley (and other attending performers) reserves the right to leave a party without completion of the party activities should performers/assistants feel that their safety is at risk at any time. Should performers leave due to safety issues, party balances will not be refunded. 3) You understand that your payment is due in full by the end of the day of your party. Cash payments should be handed to Hayley in an envelope when she arrives to the party to help protect the magic for little ones. 4) You acknowledge that Hayley may not be outside during in-climate weather such as extreme heat, high winds, rain, snow, smoke, etc. Parties planned for an outdoor space should have an alternate location/plan in the event of poor or extreme weather. 5) Smoking around characters is strictly prohibited in an effort to maintain the integrity of the costumes and wigs. 6) If Hayley is unable to fulfill a party commitment due to extreme weather circumstances (snowy or icy roads, fire, windstorm, ice storm, etc.) you understand that you will be offered the option to re-schedule your party or receive a full refund. 7) Hayley is not responsible for any injuries or unruly behavior during parties. Please act responsibly and chaperone all party guests. Hayley maintains the right to stop a party or party activities in the event that a parent/host is unable/unwilling to chaperone party guests. 8) You understand and agree that party booking fee's are a non-refundable portion of the owed balance. If you need to reschedule your event Hayley is more than happy to work around existing parties and events on the schedule. 9) Hayley shall not be held responsible in the event of a rare allergic reaction to products used for activities during your event such as (but not limited to) makeup, tattoos, hair spray, glitter, hair gel, craft glue, etc. 10) Hayley will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to a clients misunderstanding of the previously provided terms/conditions.
